New activity cant write a comment

    New activity cant write a comment

    Greetings,

    Method Feb version> New activity screen CRM_new activity template crmQB desktop #390> comment section

    When creating a new activity, I cant write in the comment section even after i tried saving it.  After saving i go to the activity list screen, choose the activity again and then it takes me to the edit activity section where i can enter a comment.

    Hi John M, 

    I was able to duplicate the issue on my end and have created an internal ticket for our team to investigate further. Once the issue has been resolved, I will update this post with additional information.
