I noticed there is a new watchdog process running to notify a user about the status of Method server side processing that might be taking a bit more time.
I can see it when one of my screen actions is generating a pdf report.
This is a nice addition since occasionally these pdf reports can take some time to generate, up to 1 minute or so, and it's nice to know that nothing's wrong. The watchdog message says that the process is "healthy".
I would think this is a really nice feature for folks supporting several users. They might not like to wait, but we have a way to tell them, nothing's really wrong, just be patient.
I think this is a clever way to help manage performance expectations.
