Hi I've recently established our company in the beta gmail service. I first granted access through the Google Ap administrator account
admin@mydomain.com, then through my personal account
me@mydomain.com
I now receive the new blue bar at the bottom of e-mails however when I click to connect to the CRM system I go to a screen asking if I already have a Method account or need to create a new user account. I select that I have one and am requested to input account info, I input MyMethodAccount, MyName and MyPassword but I get the following message:
There was an error in provisioning. This Company Account and User combination has already been used by a Method Open ID belonging to admin@mydomain.com
This might be because you are trying to use the gadget on a group email address instead of your own account. We've got our help center article here if you're stuck on the gadget install. If you're still running into problems please post in this forum.
