When I go from a contact--->transaction--->invoice and do a “print preview” it shows “unknown company, address” etc top left. I have clicked on every link and have not been able to find the template in order to enter my company information so that it will populate into those invoices. Could you please let me know where that is located?

To adjust your company address you need to do this in QuickBooks under Company > Company Information. Once you fill out this information your print preview should correctly show your address on invoices.
