I am getting messages to upgrade to quickbooks pro 2013. Can i do that now or hold off?

You can do it now but just beware that new features available in 2013 will not work with Method just yet.  I know 2013 added the ability to have multiple contacts on a customer so if you're using that feature you won't be able to sync that type of data to Method.  We've only recently been given beta access to this SDK so we're at least a couple of months away from getting the new features added to Method.
