Hi MikeB,
This is already included within our stock EditCustomer screen. You can copy that screen if you want to make customizations to it or view the different fields/objects and actions associated with them: Customize > Screens > then find the CRM_EditCustomer screen, click copy, and go through the wizard. Below is the Document section on our stock EditCustomer screen.
