CLIENT PORTAL USER LOG IN SCREEN

I am trying to edit the text in the user client portal log in screen. At present it says the following:

Sign In with your User Name and Password for online account access.

If you do not yet have a User Name, click Register and have a password emailed to you.

WHERE CAN I GO TO CHANGE THIS??

Hi Global Assets,

The portal login screen cannot be customized so you'll only be able to use it as is.

Can I least re-direct the REGISTER link to my membership form on my site so it doesnt go to the next page about emailing temporary password????
