Where are you looking for the printed reports?
While looking at the phone field from QBO I noticed that it was not updating after a sync.  I'm not sure if you recently changed your number but this could be the cause.  I've submitted a ticket for my team here regarding the sync not updating the company phone number.  I'll post back once this is resolved.
