    I cannot find the Edit Activity screen in my list of screens.  Can you tell me how to download this template and add it back into the list?

    Hi Janet,

    You cannot delete an original screen.  The edit activity screen is really the new activity screen, called CRM_NewActivity.  It will be in your list of screens.
