Method_Ashur - Removed the URL.

Hi Willy,

I removed the URL you posted as it shouldn't be shared publicly since it hold information specific to your current Method session. Are you talking about an email template or your Home Dashboard that you're taken to when you first login to Method?

If we were to login to your account and help you with this issue it would be considered a paid consulting session as it's related to something that has been changed on your Method account. Ensure your stock screen is associated with your Home Tab Link. This can be done by going to Customize > Tabs > then find the Home tab and click Edit Tab Links... Click on this link to see a sample of my tab link settings.

I did ask for a paid consultant - This email exchange must frustrate you. an easy phone call and screen share will fix it a lot faster. What are your thoughts?

My mistake, I misunderstood what you were looking for. In this case you would need to ensure that you have signed a Consulting Agreement with Method. You can speak with your Account Manager to confirm whether or not you have one or if you need one sent to you.
