Does this customer have any transactions associated with them?
Is there an existing Entity conflict for this customer record? Perform a Full sync and see if one shows up. You'll then be able to Refetch that record from QuickBooks. If nothing shows up then try accessing the customer record after refreshing your screen, you should be able to view it.
