    Integration Engine Error

During 1st time sync we receive the following error...

'3/5/2013 3:42:12 PM ERROR'fnModQuickBooksAccount could not proceed. The AccountType 'Suspense' does not exist in the table accAccountAccountType./ERROR''Currency' 76 modification(s)

Looking back thorough old posts this appears to be an issue with UK versions of QuickBooks when the payroll feature is enabled. The suspense accounts are created at this point but can't be created in Method. Can these be created for us and our clients by a member of the Method team?

    Many thanks.

    Hi Andy,

I'll check to see if something in the SDK changed and get back to you.

    Andy,

One more thing...Can you tell us which version of Quickbooks you are using?  Also, could you email me your Method account?  Thanks.

    Re: Integration Engine Error

    Adam,

we are using QuickBooks 2012 and 2013, UK versions.

We have a number of managed accounts that would require the update. I will get them across.

    Thanks.
