    Action Sequence Order:140

    I customized the "new opportunity" screen and everything appears to be working fine.  However, I keep getting this message when I save all the information:

    The Customer Name DropDown containing , is not a selectable value.

    When I enter a new opportunity, everything seems to be saving correctly, it just won't clear the screen when I click the "save/new" button and this message comes up every time.  

    I have worked through all the actions within the "save" action set and I still can't figure it out.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Hi Ben,

    Try regenerating the Entity, Customer, and Opportunity tables. To regenerate a table go to Customize > Tables/Fields > click the name of the appropriate table, i.e. Entity > then click Finished Editing Fields. Before doing this, make sure no one is editing any tables or screens in your account.

    Another suggestion would be to create another copy of the stock CRM_NewOpportunity screen and compare it with the actions on your custom screen to figure out what the cause is.

    On a side note, what value is being popluated in the Customer Name field when a contact is selected? Are there any actions or filters set on this field? Ensure that the customer details are correctly retrieved when selecting the contact.
