    Work order status

    What will be the best way to accomplish this?

    In our current software we schedule work orders to renew automatically and we try to upsell to our customers by scheduling work orders on "estimate status" this are services that we want them to consider, but not have them yet.

    At the end of the season we sent our renewals letter, with 2 sections, one with all services that they had the previous season, and they all renewed automatically, and a second sections with those services in "estimate status".

    I noticed that waiting on someone else are 'not started status', this will not work. Will I have to create a new status?, but should not be pending type, how would I do this?

    Hi Marcelo, 

    To add/edit your activity statuses, View the screen called CRM_ActivityStatusList under the Customize>Screens tab (see the screenshot below)From here you can also label the Status Type of your new status to Cancelled, Completed, or Pending. You can also add/edit the status types by creating a basic screen based off the ActivityStatusType table. This is not a built in screen but you can easily create one. Add a grid and a few basic buttons such as SaveDelete, and NewLet me know if you need some more assistance.
