    Answer

Ben - do a full sync with QuickBooks first, before doing anything drastic. They might come back.  This can show up sometimes temporarily if a full sync was interupted before it completed.

turned out qbs file was corrupted. After 3 verifications and a rebuild and a couple of full syncs we only have 4 conflicts now. Is this kind of conflict issue often due to qbs file corruption? We have had lots of issues with qbs since 2013 version so will know in future its probably a corrupted file not sync issue?

    thanks

Good - glad to hear you are back to normal.

So, yes, if QB is corrupted, it's going to play havoc with Method (or any 3rd party app for that matter) since the data it is providing is invalid and can break the sync until the file is fixed.

I guess the best advice I can give is if your QB is getting shaky, backup OFTEN.
