I imported my customized screens from another account but my customer list is showing certain feilds as links instead of the actual info. For example Job Number, Job Status, Job Percent are not showing the # or the status it is just showing the actual name of the field appearing to be a link but nothing happens if I click on it, The job # and the Job Status are fields that are available in quickbooks. The job percent is a feild I created in the edit customer screen.

Hi Dottie,

Did the original screen include any custom fields in the table that may not be included on the new account?  I haven't seen this behaviour before.  Could you email me the account this is happening on and enable MethodSupport on that account?
