The support team received this email: Can I modify the invoice PDF provided on the customer portal? If yes, where’s the menu item? If not, is this a custom job that’s available?

Yes! You can definitely mofify this report. We offer a program for free called the Method Report Designer. Click here to view an article with the download link and some useful tutorial videos. The invoice report in the Contacts Portal is called Invoice (Product). Feel free to post here if you need some tips of how to use the program.

To add to my last post, you can also change the report generated by going to your CRM_PreferencesReports screen. You can find this screen on the default Estimates and Invoices screens by clicking More Actions... and then Customize Print Templates....
