I’m having some difficulty figuring out how to add the “job site address” on the work orders. Typically under the customer field on the work order the billing address is printed, while on the left side the “Job Site” field is left blank. In the work order screen ( creating a new work order ) there are no fields to add a job site.

Please see this related forum post. By default, the shipping address is used in Method as the job site address. The shipping address can be modified if you edit the customer directly. If you have clients with multiple job site locations, the easiest solution might be to create a new job for each job site. Then you can have a different shipping address (and therefore a different job site) for each job. Additionally, you can always customize Method to suit you needs. I would recommend working with one of our in-house consultants, or getting in touch with a Method Solution Provider. Hope this helps! Feel free to reply here if you have any additional questions.
