It is possible to change the default state of checkbox for "Waiting for Sync Approval", however the default value should already be unchecked. Regardless, this can be done by creating a copy of the stock QuickBooks_SalesOrder Screen, from the Customize Tab, then the Screens Tab Link. Once a copy of the default screen is created, locate your new screen, hover over the new Screen name, and click the "edit" button. Inside this customization Screen, located the "Waiting for Sync Approval" object which should be found at the bottom of the "Details" section. Click the "edit" button for this object, and notice the option "Default value: ... (defaults to checked or unchecked"), from step 1 of 3 in the pop-up window. If you are unhappy with the current setting you had here already, than click the checkbox for the opposite selection. Once you have made your change click the "Finish" button, then click the "Save and Close" button. Now, locate your new customized screen and when the page first loads you should be able to see the change that you made after locating the "Waiting for Sync Approval" checkbox on the screen.
