Transactions screen is not updating when changes are made in screen designer.

    Transactions screen is not updating when changes are made in screen designer.

    Hi there,

        I'm editing my copy of ContactsPortal_transactions screen in order tzo show a message to customers when they log in. I've sucesfully added labels and entered text there. Today I've tried to change the text, and published this screen again and it still shows the old text. I've also tried removing label from the screen and inserting it again, and it didnt help. I still have the old text, like I'm editing a wrong screen, and I know for sure that I dont.

    Hello Nebo,

    I believe I can help you out.  I would try two things.  First, make sure you are refreshing the Portal page after you have Published the changes.  The easiest way to refresh the page is to log off and login again in your Portal.

    Second, There is a posting in the forums that discusses the topic.  You can find it here. (https://www.methodintegration.com/cs/forums/t/4927.aspx)  The thread discusses making sure you are making the changes to the screen in the live version of your site and not the stage version.  Portal users see the changes you do in the live version and not the stage version.
