Method Community

Okay, can some one please help me make since of this.... When I go through Methods to get xora time, like 90-95% of employees time get pulled into methods, but some entries are getting left out.......

Example below, there is time in on Xora, that then didn't get pulled to methods.... this is ONE OF MANY ISSUES? This is happening for several of the employees, NOT ALL but several....... Anyone have suggestions? I have gone back and tried to re-retreave all the times back into Methods but nothing....

I just do not understand why Methods is getting majority of the times but not all?

To add a bit more to the previous note, we’ve identified an issue in how times are retrieved if entries have been modified in Xora before fetching in Method.  When a user adjusts a time online at apps.xora.com, this can drastically alter the original database time, causing the entries to be missed from Xora when the user sets the original date range in the connector.  Ideally as a user, you should not be concerned with the database times but it does influence the Method connector.

We are working with the Xora team to resolve the issue and will update this post as soon as we can.

Getting ready to pull time from Xora, and was just wonder if there was an update to this issue or has it been resolved?

We’re still working with the Xora team on this one. The way which modifications in Xora (apps.xora.com) affect database times and thus Method entries is beyond our control at the moment. The connector should work in its current form provided you only edit entries in Method and not through the Xora site.  We are continuing to work with them and our own team internally to develop a proper solution and will keep you posted.
