Hi there TomH,

May I ask which Windows version you are currently using? Are you utilizing a Server variant of Windows perchance? (ie. Windows Server 2008 etc...)

If so, there are some extra steps we will need to take to get you up and running - which will involve installing the sync engine using our StandAlone .MSI files rather than the standard .exe Installer.
