An Action Sequence Order error means one of the actions on the button errored out. Your first error is saying the third action on the button failed. You can go to the screen designer and check the actions for the button to diagnose the problem. Have you customized the screen in anyway? If you haven't customized the page and the error is occurring on a default screen, give the Method support line a call at 1-888-925-6238 x2. If it is a customized screen, you will have to dig into the button actions. Also, you can see if the default page (QuickBooks_Estimate) works by going to Customize -> Screens and selecting the 'View' icon for the particular screen.
It could also be that you have a problem with your report. Have you done any modifications to estimate reports in report designer?
