    The following post came in via email:

    Hi, I want to use the Outlook plug in but don’t have a volume license therefore no Microsoft Office Customization Installer. Is there a workaround?

    Hello,

       I am unaware of any workaround.  It looks like the Microsoft Office Customization Installer allows third-party apps to be installed in Outlook.  I did a quick search and didn't find any alternatives.
