    item app wont let you select individual item. Screen just grays out.

    Hi Ty,

    I'm not able to reproduce this issue. Try using a Chrome Incognito or Firefox Private Browsing window, if it works there then clear your cache and it should be resolved. If all else fails, give us a call at 1.888.925.6238 x.2 and we'll be happy to take a look.
