    Customer Portal Username and Password restrictions/parameters

    Can you please confirm what is required for portal passwords and usernames? Or at least let me know where I could find that out? I don’t think I can edit the portal sign-in screen to have a look at the logic/restrictions in these fields. Specifically:

    • Min and Max length
    • Any numbers required?
    • Special characters allowed/not allowed?

    Hi MikeB,

    • Minimum length is 6 characters, maximum is 10
    • Numbers are not required
    • Special characters are allowed but not required
