I am trying to setup SmartVault with Method CRM.
I have established a SmartVault account and performed the Method integration setup. They are talking.
When I try to add a document to an existing customer, following the exact steps found on the CRM help section, I recevie the following error:
"The Document no longer exists in SmartVault. It may have been moved, deleted or overwritten. Please re-upload this document from Method to SmartVault."
The document has been uploaded to SmartVault and is inside of the Method Documents folder.
The document is visable in Method under the Documents tab, but is NOT visible within the customer Documents tab.
This is an important function we need to integrate.
