    Adding Comments to Activity

    I could not add a comment to a new activity in Call Center. .  I could not enter anything in the desgin tab, entered in HTML and then lost it when I saved.   what am I missing or is this not working...  It looks like it could be a powerful feature.

     Hey Fran,

    What tab are you looking for your comments on?

    If you are entering comments on the "Case Description / Add Activity" tab, then you will find your new activity comments right above where your typed them in.

    If you are still having problems entering them, please let me know the steps you are taking. I will be able to help you from there.

    Ryan, Thanks for your reply.  Today of course it is working fine.  I was adding a new activity from the "New Activity" tab link from the Call Center Dashboard....
