Is there any way in Method to automatically designate tasks to users once a certain trigger event occurs? Like an order being booked/completed? 

Hi jreytan,

You cannot create action sets in Method which “listen” for other events to take place. Your action set that designates the task to a user would need to exist within the same context as the order being booked or completed. If an order is booked by entering some data and selecting the Save button, you would need to include additional actions on the save button that would also designate a task to a user.
