    Saving an activity from a sent email

    Erol's video indicates that you can go to the sent emails inside Gmail and save the activity to the person you sent it to.  The video indicates that the google gadget defaults to the contact you sent it to.  This is not my experience I have to search for the person I sent it to then save the activity.  Am I doing somehting incorrect?

    Hi rpoirier,

    Does the email that you are sending to match the email that is on file for the contact in Method? If not, this is likely the cause of your issue, as the gadget will automatically search for the contact in Method via the email address.

    If you have the correct email associated with the contact in Method and this is still occurring, please give our support number a call at 1-888-925-6238 x2. A member of our support team will be happy to investigate this with you.
