We experienced a minor glitch that effected a small number of our user’s ability to sign in after we deployed an update earlier today. To resolve this, you just need to clear your browser’s cookies and cached files and then sign in again. If this for some reason doesn’t work, you can also try signing in with a different browser or in a private browsing / incognito window. If all else fails, please give our support number a call at 1-888-925-6238 x2 and we’ll be happy to walk you through resolving this.
