I have a screen with a grid on it that contains the values for a "Lead Status" dropdown box field that is in the Customer/Lead table. Values are in the Lead Status table and there are only 2 columns in the table: RecordID and LeadStatus.
I need to add further items to the list but it is impossible to do so.
I can export the Lead Status table but I cannot import items to it.
I created a screen/grid off the Lead Status table with a grid but the options to add/edit the grid are greyed out.
I have a very similar Lead Rating field/dropdown that works fine.
I have no idea why this isn't working.
