Spell check in HTML Editor doesn't work?

    Spell check in HTML Editor doesn't work?

    When using the spell chekcer in the HTML editor, it seems to think that each word (even correctly spelled ones) are misspelled and asks if you want to replace/ignore each word.  It is almost as if the dictionary is empty or missing.  Anyone else having issues with this?
