Is there a way to generate reports based on radio button selections?

In the Edit Customer page I have a Radiobutton with 2 Options, Yes and No, and want to make a report that pulls all Customers with Yes selected. I don't see the button's name "Problem?" listed in the fields in report designer. Is there a way to do this? Just looking for a simple way to make a list of all customers with problems that we need to take care of. Is the only way to do this with a Dropdown?

    Answer

    Hi Kupsol,

If the state of the radio button is in-fact saved, then it must be using data from a field to determine its state. You’ll need to check your OnScreenLoad actions for how the state of the radio button is set when a record is loaded. This should show you which field you want to filter the report for.

Moving forward, I’d recommend using a Yes/No field and dragging it directly onto the screen instead of a radio button. It will appear as a checkbox instead, but will help to eliminate confusion. I hope this helps.
