I have entered my work orders for the month. I would like to print the calendar and hand out copies to my crew leaders. Does anyone know how to print the calendar?

Hi jwalker,

You can print a route list of all work orders currently filtered within the grid. To filter for all users for the month, simply modify the date range to include the month and change the filter to All occurrences in date range.

Once you’ve done this, select the Print / Email tab. Change the radio button for “Which work orders?” to All and then select print route list. I hope this helps.
