I was assigned leads by the administrator from a list. Now the contacts show up but only under "campaigns -> list builder" and I need to see them under "leads" as active leads. How do I do this?

If you are only seeing the leads under Listbuilder, it doesn't sound like you've been assigned anything. I would have your administator double check that they are assigned. What they should be looking for is the SalesRep that's attached to the lead. It should look like the screen below (the highlighted intial is the sales rep):

On top of this, they would have to make sure your Method user is also attached to your sales rep. You would do this on step 1 of the Edit User screen.
