Thanks so much for your offer to assist! If I can figure out what I'm doing wrong, hopefully I'll be able to not make the same mistake on other fields I'm trying to add!
On the "Edit Customer Lead" page, I've created a drop-down field called "Account Type". I can see it, and I can even select an option from it.
On the "View Customer Lead" page, The field heading shows up, but the selection from the "Account Type" drop-down does not.
When comparing my work on this field with other fields that are similar and pull from a drop-down on the "Edit Customer Lead" page in "Customize Screen", every setting is identical. The only difference is that I don't have the option to make this field an "Output Only". I'm assuming this is the problem...but I can't find any documentation as to why this is the case.
If you can figure out where I went wrong, it would be a tremendous help!
