Syncronization with Quickbooks has died

    Syncronization with Quickbooks has died

    It was working a few weeks ago, then everything was dormant for about 2 weeks.  Now, when I try to create a new active Customer in MI or a new Sales Order in MI, nothing shows up in QB.  The Sales Order still doesn't have a # from QB, so it hasn't synced yet.

    I have the sync frequency set to every 15 min, and it has been well over an hour since I entered the new info in MI.

    What could be wrong?

    Greg,

    Since this is an installation issue, you can give your consultant a call (Amanda Mahadeo) at 1-888-925-6238 ext. 721.  If she doesn't pickup the call right away, leave a message and she will get back to you.

    Gregory updated his Method password, so we updated it in the engine and everything seemed to be working fine.
