Customer portal and sending invoices/estimates to it.

    Customer portal and sending invoices/estimates to it.

    Greetings,

    When saving and emailing invoices and estimates from method, some of my customers are not getting those email. If i send the estimate or invoice from Outlook and add the invoice as a attachment then they get it.  I ask them to check their spam folder, and about 50% of them time it will be in there. Can they call their ISP and tell them anything about this? Any one else have that issue?

    Hi John,

    You can have them add the email address that the emails are coming from to their safe sender or white list. Method just passes the email to the SMTP server and it sends it from there, it essentially works the same as Outlook does for sending emails.
