    I am trying to create a portal for our warehouse receiving department to use when a new shipment comes. They will find the P.O. then check the inventory in the shipment againt the P.O. In QB Desktop there is a receive inventory without bill function but I don't seem to see that in Method. Which screen would I use in Method? Item Receipt? This screen does not allow me to edit the quantity of an item received though. Thank you for your help.

    Jason-

    Item Receipt should work for you. You should be able to edit the quanity of an item recieved. Are you getting an error message?
