Jeff Douglas: My issues are recurring billing a new module we purchased call Method Scheduling & Invocing The major issue is that once a batch of reccurring invoices are entered I have to manually go through each item entered and email send the invoice. Is it possible to send all recurring invoices at one time.
This would be possible but it would involves some customization. You would essentially take most of the actions found in the save and email button and put those in a loop through your invoices.
Jeff Douglas: Also, once something is emailed is there a way to track it to see if client opened the invoice
Since the emails sent out take the customer to the Portal you can make it so that when the click to view the invoice in the Portal it logs that it has been viewed
