    Unable to change default setting in Customer List

    I think there is a bug or I am doing something wrong. I am trying to change the default setting for my customer list. Our sales team would like this to default to ALL CUSTOMERS vs. ACTIVE CUSTOMERS.

    Currently, when the customer list opens up, it defaults to "All Active Customers." I found a preference in the customer screen (Grid Wizard- Step 3 Filters) to change this. However, it never changes after I publish and Save and Close.

    Here is a screen shot of what I want to change

    Shelley-

    Check the OnScreenLoad event actions for that screen, maybe it is using the Set View Filter action to set the filter view when the screen loads.

    Shelley-

    To confirm:

    1. You are going to step 3 of 9 on the grid
    2. Selecting the filter view you want to be the default
    3. Clicking New/Edit
    4. Checking the This is the default view for the grid checkbox.

    Yes, I tried all of the steps above and they did not work.

    Method support is enabled. The screen name is MethodSupport. It is associated with the email: bsc@methodintegration.com

    I logged into your account and took a quick look, I think you are just using the wrong screen.

    Under Customer Center > Customer List you are using a screen called Customer List - Admin Sales (You can see this by hovering over the tab link name).

    Looking at the your most recently customized screen Customer List - Shelley, I can see that it has the changes you are looking for.

    You will either need to make the changes to Customer List - Admin Sales or update the tab link to point to Customer List - Shelley.
