Method Community

After synchronizing Method with QB, there are several duplicate contacts. For every job in qb, method creates a contact. Is there any way to fix this so that the jobs collapse under the main contact?

Since Method CRM is contact driven all of you QB customers / jobs are also listed as contacts. What you're seeing is the contacts for the actual QB customer as well as the contacts for all their jobs listed on the one grid which is normal.

If you really wanted to, you could create filters and different views for the grid to display All Customers and Jobs, Customers only, Jobs Only and etc but this would make searching the grids less seamless.
