CDS_Josh:I was wondering if there was an easy way to calculate the difference between 2 date fields without having to export it into excel and do it there.

There's a real easy way to do this through our actions. Under the action list there's one called Date Difference under the Action Results section. The options here will allow you to get the difference in seconds, minutes, hours, days months and years. It will return both positive and negative numbers so you can calculate the difference between any 2 dates.
