This questions was emailed to me, I wanted to share it with everyone.
I was wondering if inside the Field Services Center if there was a way to designate a new event ( or appointment ) to be an all day event.
The API has a flag for this and I'm not sure how to toggle it in the user interface.

The Field Services table has a field in it called "Is All Day Appointment". If you customize the AddEditWorkorder, you can put this field onto the screen. One other area you would need to check is on the Field Services Calendar, make sure you go into the wizard and check off the "Show All Day Event Area" box.
Once you do these steps, you will have access to the All Day Appointment option.
