Mark:Can you tell me where I can change the drop down selections for new cases>type and new cases> reason?
You can find the options to change on the Cases > New Case screen under the add additional info checkbox. Beside the dropdowns for Type and Reason there is a "..." button. Click this and you'll find an add/edit screen to adjust the options for each dropdown.
