sync new customer and invoice with method

    sync new customer and invoice with method

    just created a new customer and invoice for that customer in qb online but it is not showing up in Method. is there something that I am not doing correctly?

    Have you initiated a sync yet?  There's a green/blue arrow near your username which will sync the record over.  We look for changes every 20 mins with QuickBooks Online and perform a full sync late in the evening.

    If you're still missing the data you may want to check the QuickBooks tab under the Resolve Conflicts tab link.  If there are any conflicts with the data it'll show up here.  Also you may want to check the Synchronize tab link to make sure your full sync and changes only sync are up to date.
