When I convert a lead to a customer it is coming across as inactive in Method and Quickbooks.
What do I need to do to prevent this from happening?
Kyle, I suspect you have the lead already marked as inactive. When converting an inactive lead to a customer they stay inactive so before you convert the lead you should flip them to active status. If they're marked as active and this happens then are you working from a customer screen? Something in the procress could be doing this. Post up some more details and I can help trouble shoot.
