Reassigning activities

    Reassigning activities

    So when I go to reassign activities to my coworkers, for example follow up on an email campaign, I keep getting this failure notice? Any idea why?

    "Hi. This is the qmail-send program at

    smtpout08.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net.

    I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following

    addresses.

    This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out."

    Hi Jessica,

    Can you try creating a brand new activity and assigning it to one of the users that you get this error with, let me know the outcome. It looks like an actual issue with the email settings being used, either for the default outgoing SMTP server you have setup in Method, or the emails for each user.
