    Report Designer - multi-page & colors question

    Hi,

Pretty new to the report designer.  Created a report for an estimate.  I watched the 3 webinars and don't think these questions were addressed:

1 - Is there a way to have different properties apply to all pages but the 1st page of my report? For example, my header includes the customer address and company address -- but I don't want that to appear on my 2nd page.  Can I suppress those fields somehow?

2 - Is there a way to change the color backgrounds without applying the Active Display colors to everything?

    Thanks for your help!!

    Answer

    Hi Suzanne,

For number 1: you can suppress those fields.  There is a field in the Property Grid called Repeat Every Page.  You'll need to select it and find this field:

For number 2: If you right click properties, and click scipts, you'll see a before print field.  If you click the ... button you'll bring up the screen below.  From there you can click the default script button and then choose the colours you want in the designer.

    Hope this helps.
